Nigerian wedding photographer in the East Midlands

From our Leicester base, we discuss Nigerian wedding coverage across the East Midlands, including Nottingham and Derby. Planning starts with your venues and the ceremonies your families have chosen. Our local work includes an engagement shoot at Victoria Park in Leicester and Lydia and Michael's Nottingham wedding. For a Yoruba wedding example, see our nearby Birmingham work in the West Midlands. Send your dates and venues to discuss coverage.

Leicester portraits and a Nottingham wedding

Our Victoria Park story follows a pre-wedding couple shoot in Leicester, using the park for outdoor portraits. In Nottingham, Lydia and Michael's wedding took place at Colwick Hall Hotel, with preparations, a ceremony and a reception described in their story. These are different occasions, useful for considering portraits and wedding coverage in the region.

The Leicester engagement session and Nottingham wedding offer a view of our local photographic work. For your Nigerian wedding, we will also discuss the ceremony you are planning, the family members leading it and any experience you would like to ask about before booking.

A Yoruba wedding example from the West Midlands

Jumoke and Dami's Yoruba wedding at Edgbaston Hall is part of our Birmingham work. Birmingham is in the West Midlands, separate from the Leicester and Nottingham coverage described here. Their story is relevant if you want to see a Nigerian wedding we have photographed within the wider Midlands.

Use it as a starting point for talking about your family's plans, without assuming the same order of events or venue arrangements. If your wedding involves both regions, list the addresses and dates for each part. We can consider the journeys and the coverage required together, then confirm availability and costs for your particular plans.

Put the regional plans alongside your budget

Being based in Leicester is a useful starting point for a conversation about your East Midlands wedding. The quote still needs to reflect your date, venues and hours of coverage. Send your approximate programme and budget so we can discuss what is suitable for the events you have planned.

When comparing packages, check the agreed start and finish times and ask how travel or a second celebration date would affect the total. If you want a wedding film, raise it during the same conversation. We will confirm the proposed photography and any other agreed options in your quote before you decide to book.

Build the timetable around your East Midlands venues

Share the addresses for each part of your day, whether you are staying in Leicester or moving between venues elsewhere in the East Midlands. A Nottingham ceremony followed by a reception in another town needs a realistic journey in the programme. Include time to arrive and for any outfit change before you are expected back with guests.

Ask the person leading your traditional ceremony about the order of events and pass that guidance to us. Decide when the main family groups will be together for photographs. If some celebrations fall on another date, send that date at the same time so we can discuss the whole booking.
