The details to settle before booking destination photography
Start with the country, venue and dates of the events you want photographed. Explain which arrangements are confirmed and which are still provisional. Include a welcome gathering or another celebration only if you want to discuss coverage for it, so the enquiry describes the whole itinerary without assuming every event is included.
Put the addresses and timings in the order you expect to visit them. Include the preparation location, ceremony and reception, plus any portrait location away from the venue. Ask how photography would fit around the journeys and what travel arrangements would need to be agreed for your dates.

Agree the photography scope before fixing the itinerary
CameraBoss photographs destination weddings. Send the event itinerary when asking about availability and a quote, and discuss the photography, travel arrangements and available print and album options. Ask for the agreed events and coverage to be stated in writing before you make plans that depend on the booking.

Discuss film alongside the destination itinerary
If you want a destination wedding film too, include that in the enquiry from the start. Say which ceremonies, speeches or other spoken moments matter to you, and share the venue contact for discussing sound and filming arrangements. Ask which film outputs and events the proposed package covers.

£4900
Work through the practical details with your venue
Leave room for photographs in the event schedule
Ask the venue which spaces can be used for photographs, when they are accessible and what alternative is available if the outdoor plan changes. Pass that information to your photographer with the event schedule. If someone else is organising the wedding locally, include their contact details in the planning conversation.
Bring the photo priorities back to the people who will be there. Note the family groups, traditions and personal details you want to discuss, then allow space for them in the itinerary. Keep the latest photography plan with your venue and travel information so changes can be checked against the agreed coverage.
